1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Cold chain products (royal jelly, fresh pollen) cannot be returned due to inability to maintain cold chain.

3. Return Process

To return a product, contact us at info@beeslike.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned products.

6. Damaged Products

If you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund.

7. Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong products, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct products to be sent.
