Harvested from the bountiful flora of the Netherlands, our honey is produced from nectar gathered from acacia, linden, ivy, blackberry, and local wildflowers. With its silky texture, floral aroma, and balanced sweetness, it brings the purest form of nature to your table. The entire process takes place with respect for our bees and nature, in our own apiary; every drop you taste from the jar is a testament to transparent and traceable production.
Local & Natural & Genuine: Real and pure honey obtained from the wonderful trees and flowers of the Netherlands. Our honey is presented to you in its raw state, without undergoing any processing.
Rich Aroma Profile: The soft sweetness of acacia, the freshness of linden, the fruity touch of blackberry, and local wildflowers create a layered, balanced flavor.
Natural Content: Honey naturally contains natural sugars (glucose, fructose), traces of B vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6), vitamin C, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc) and antioxidant compounds (phenolics, flavonoids).
Careful Straining & Bottling: A gentle process that preserves flavor and natural quality, raw meaning unheated; limited production.
Nose: Floral, with various aromas and refreshing hints of linden.
Palate: Silky sweetness from acacia; fruity depth from blackberry; the wonderful flavor linden leaves on the palate, culminating in a long and balanced finish.
Texture & Color: Our honey varies by season, but is mostly in light amber-golden tones (darkens a bit in August), fluid and smooth.
Perfect accompaniment at breakfast with bread, butter, yogurt and granola.
A natural sweetener in herbal teas instead of refined sugar.
An aromatic contrast on cheese boards (especially with fresh and semi-hard cheeses).
A natural flavor enhancer in sauces, marinades and desserts.
Note: Honey is a natural product; it is not recommended for infants under 1 year old. Consult your doctor for specific dietary conditions.
We position our apiaries according to the season and nectar flow; we work in environments that avoid pesticides. Our approach, which prioritizes colony health, is directly reflected in our honey's consistent quality.
Each season bears nature's signature. Our stock is consciously limited.

Is your honey raw / unheated?
To preserve its natural state, we never apply heat treatment to our honey. We uncap the combs with a honey knife and strain it just as it comes from the hive. We offer a limited number of our comb honey to customers who request it.
Is crystallization normal?
Yes. Natural honey can crystallize over time; this is an indicator of its authenticity. Like real olive oil, real honey also solidifies within a certain timeframe and due to temperature changes to protect itself. We call this honey crystallization. But this is an opportunity. You can turn your crystallized honey into creamed honey. Using a Rondo/mixer, you can achieve a white color and a smooth, butter-like consistency. We recommend you try this.
Can children consume it?
Honey is not recommended for children under 1 year old. For older children, it can be consumed with portion control. Consuming a small amount daily will support your immune system. Honey and bee products are not medicine, but they contain vitamins and minerals that can support your immune system. When consumed regularly and in small amounts, they can be beneficial to you.
Why do the color and taste change slightly each season?
Flora and seasonal conditions affect the taste-aroma profile. Genuine Honey is not a standardized product. Many things can affect the color and taste of honey: the season, the flowering of trees and plants, temperature, and even the bees' preference for nectar sources. If a beekeeper offers you honey with different colors and aromas at different times, this may indicate that they are carrying out a genuine and honest honey production process.
